HP Coaching Team
A key component in the Badminton Ireland performance system is the provision of coaching specific to the development stage of each athlete. The national coaching team work under the guidance of the high-performance working group:

Want to be part of the Performance Coaching Team?
Badminton Ireland are keen to improve the level of all our Performance coaches. We are always on the lookout for new Coaches to work with our top junior players. If you wish to be considered there are some basic requirements:
· Be able to demonstrate experience of work with National level junior players.
· Be working towards a Badminton Ireland/BWF level 2 qualification as a minimum standard.
· Be part of the Badminton Ireland Coaching Licence.
· Be able to commit to four CPD weekends, one week in the summer camp and five weekends throughout the year for squad sessions and events.
