Women in Sport - Fun, Fitness & Footwork
Badminton Ireland and Cork Sports Partnership are delighted to announce a new Women's Online Fun, Fitness & Footwork Programme starting this July! This programme is open to those new to the sport, club members and those who have played before but want to get back to playing! This is the perfect way for club members to get back into the sport and work on some skills in the comfort of their own home.
Join coach Ashleigh Coyne as she focuses on badminton specific strength & conditioning, core work, footwork, upper & lower body exercises all from the comfort of your own home! No equipment is required!
